The purpose of this Foundation is to raise funds to donate to other charitable orginizaions, mainly, the West Virginia Lions Sight Conservation Foundaion, Inc. and the Lions Clubs International Foundation, and to conduct any and all lawful business for which corportions may be incorported in West Virginia.
This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and/or scientific purposes, included, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under sections 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our mission is to provide sight, hearing, and low vision services to West Virginians in need.
